TB-NT-series machines are available in many cabinet sizes, with from 2 to 12 or more spindles for high speed and high volume processing. In these machine, the fixtured components are presented to the blast from multiple guns as the part is rotated at controlled and adjustable speed during the timed blast cycle.
1、MODEL TB-NT1014-4A INDEXING SPINDLE-BLAST SYSTEMS
An expanded version of our 4-spindle indexing blast design accepts larger components. The component is loaded onto a fixture at the front of the machine, then the table indexes 90-degrees to rotate the part at adjustable speed during blasting by up to 4 suction-blast guns or multiple pressure-blast nozzles. Automatic air wash blow-off follows blasting. The blast guns may be bracketed in fixed position to target particular features of the component, or they may be mounted on an oxcillator or a linear actuator to obtain coverage with fewer guns.
2、 MODEL TB-NT1419-8A INDEXING SPINDLE-BLAST SYSTEMS
Four spindles are equally spaced around the perimeter of this model’s 45-inch diameter, 90-degree indexing table. At the single blast station, the fixtured component is rotated at controlled speed as it is blasted by up to 8 suction blast guns or multiple pressure-blast nozzles during the timed blast cycle. The TB-NT1419-8A has a separate air wash blow-off chamber. The blast guns may be pre-set in fixed position, or they can be mounted on an oscillator or a linear actuator for programmable coverage of various-sized parts.
3、 MODEL TB-NT1820-12A INDEXING SPINDLE-BLAST SYSTEMS
This popular design has 6 or 12 spindles equally spaced around the perimeter of a 90-degree or 60-degree or 30-degree indexing table 59 inches in diameter. Blasting takes place at 2 or 4 stations in the blast chamber, where fixtured components are rotated at controlled speed as they are blasted by up to 12 pre-positioned suction guns or multiple pressure-blast nozzles. Motion of the blast guns may be oscillating or linear, or the nozzles can be bracketed in fixed position to concentrate blasting on specific areas of the component.
4、MODEL TB-NT2224-16A INDEXING SPINDLE-BLAST SYSTEMS
In our largest standard spindle-blast model, 2 or 4 or 6 or 12 spindles bearing part-holding fixtures are equally spaced around the perimeter of a 90-degree or 60-degree or 30-degree indexing table. At 2 or 4 active blast stations, components are rotated at adjustable speed as they are exposed to the blast from up to 16 suction guns or multiple pressure nozzles. The guns may be locked in fixed position or mounted on an oscillator or a linear actuator to enable a programmed blasting process. This model has a separate air wash blow-off chamber.
